Your order will be shipped with DPD. Pick a safe place or a preferred drop off shop & much more.
Entering your mobile number at the checkout will enable DPD text delivery alerts.
How to avoid a missed DPD courier delivery
When your order is ready for despatch you will receive a DPD email & mobile text alert confirming the order delivery date & again in the morning of the delivery day with your 1-hour delivery window.
Please use your DPD email or text notification to track & alter your delivery options as required.
We Highly recommend changing your DPD delivery option to leave in a safe place or leave with a neighbour to avoid a missed delivery.
You can make changes to your delivery options & add specific instructions where to leave the order package by using the DPD text notification or emails.
*The DPD delivery drivers will not leave in a safe place or leave with a neighbour if you have not requested & altered your delivery option.
What will happen if I am out when DPD attempt delivery?
If you are unable to receive the delivery & have not selected any changes to your available delivery options, the order will be dropped off at a local DPD Pick up Shop to collect.
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Non-Mainland UK deliveries take 2 working days.
Offshore UK Islands can take up to 5 days.
