UK Delivery Options

Delivery times vary depending on whether the items are held in stock or made to order. White, black and ivory stock tablecloths are usually available faster, while coloured standard-size tablecloths are cut and sewn to order.

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is available on selected white, black and ivory premium tablecloth items for UK Mainland addresses.

• Available Monday to Friday on eligible items.
• Orders must be placed before 3.00pm for next working day delivery.
• Orders placed after 3.00pm are despatched the next working day.
• Orders placed on Friday are delivered the following Monday.
• Saturday delivery may be available for UK Mainland addresses at checkout on Fridays.

Highlands, Northern Ireland and non-mainland UK destinations may take longer. Next day services to these areas are normally sent on a 2 working day delivery service where available.

Saver Delivery

Saver delivery is a lower-cost option for customers who do not need their order urgently.

• White, black and ivory stock items are usually delivered within 3–4 working days on Saver Delivery.
• Coloured cut-and-sewn standard-size items are usually delivered within 10–14 working days on Saver Delivery.
• Saver Delivery applies to UK Mainland addresses only.
• Highlands and non-mainland UK delivery surcharges may still apply.

Bulk Order Discount & Free UK Mainland Delivery

Extra discount is automatically applied at checkout when your order reaches the qualifying value. No coupon code is required.

• 15% extra discount and free UK Mainland delivery on orders over £150.
• 20% extra discount and free UK Mainland delivery on orders over £500.
• Bulk pricing is applied when purchasing tablecloths and napkins of the same size and colour where eligible.
• All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.

DPD Courier Delivery Service

Orders are despatched using DPD courier service for reliable tracking and delivery updates. Adding your mobile number at checkout helps DPD send delivery text alerts.

How to avoid a missed DPD delivery

• DPD will send tracking updates by email and text when your order is ready for despatch.
• On the morning of delivery, DPD usually provides a 1-hour delivery window.
• Use the DPD email or text notification to track your parcel and change delivery options where available.
• You can request delivery to a safe place, neighbour or local DPD Pickup Shop where available.
• DPD drivers normally cannot leave parcels in a safe place unless you have selected that option through DPD.

If you are out when DPD attempts delivery

If you are unable to receive the delivery and have not selected an alternative option, DPD may take the parcel to a local DPD Pickup Shop for collection.

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and non-mainland UK destinations can take longer than UK Mainland deliveries.

• A £10.00 additional delivery surcharge applies to Highlands and non-mainland UK orders.
• Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands deliveries usually take around 2 working days once despatched.
• Offshore UK islands can take up to 5 working days once despatched.
• Available delivery options will be shown at checkout.
