All information that we collect about you will be used lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

GDPR

The main rules of the GDPR are that the buyer gives data gives consent by purchasing from Love Tablecloths the buyer gives consent to use the data for sending the items.

Love Tablecloths do not sell data to 3rd parties.

If a customer wants to have all their data deleted we will do so from the admin area without issue.

Customers who create an account can see all data stored about them by use of my account area.

Customers who make phone orders or order as a guest without creating an account can have their details deleted upon request.

All marketing emails will have an unsubscribe to list option.

Phone numbers provided will only be used for courier details or contacting the customer with information about their order. Phone numbers will not used for any sales or marketing promotions.
