Recognition built on real customer feedback
Feefo established the Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to recognise brands that use its platform to collect verified reviews and receive exceptional feedback from their customers. By analysing feedback from real customers, the awards reflect a business’s dedication to outstanding customer service.
At the time of this announcement, Feefo worked with over 6,500 brands and was described as the world’s largest provider of verified reviews, helping brands understand their customers by analysing verified reviews and identifying trends, needs and habits.
Consumer confidence was slowly returning to pre-pandemic levels, but shoppers remained cautious with their spending. Businesses that made service excellence and customer advocacy a priority were best placed to stand out. This award celebrates brands that go above and beyond for their customers.
