    • Returns & Refund Policy

      All standard size item orders from Love Tablecloths, in unused & resalable condition come with a no reason 30 day money back guarantee.

      In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your product, notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. 

      Return requests after 30 days will not be accepted & we cannot offer you a refund.


      After receiving your return request within the 30 days from receipt of your order

      We will email you a courier returns label, the items must then be returned & received back to us within 14 days from your order return requested date.

      Returns after the 14 day period from your return request date will not be accepted.

      Please ensure the items returned to us, are as received so they may be resold, used items & unsalable condition items returned will not be refunded.

      Bespoke items are non-returnable unless defective. 

      On receipt & inspection approval of the returned items, a refund will be processed to the order payment method. 

      Partial order returns 

      *In the event that only part of the order is returned, the goods will be fully refunded but the delivery charge will not be refunded.

      * Refund amounts will be adjusted if the ordered items kept fall below any discounted or free delivery applied to the original order. 


      Bespoke Made Sizes 

      Minimum order for bespoke size tablecloths is 10 items of the same size and colour. 

      Bespoke made sizes made to customer specific requirements are non- returnable.

      We will arrange samples of fabric on request and check your table size measurements & suggest the best size tablecloths options for your requirements. 


      Defective items

      Refund or a replacement option will be provided on items that are defective.


      How to return your item

      To return a full or part order. 

      If you wish to return an item, please use the email confirmation received for the order & reply indicating your return request.

      We will email your DPD courier returns label. Please drop off at any Local DPD pickup shop.

      The returns label will also list a selection of the nearest DPD pickup shops from your order delivery address.   

      • Please keep your proof of sending receipt ticket  in case of any delivery issues with your return.

      Orders of over 15 KG we will arrange a free courier collection service on request.


      On receipt of the return received back to us, please allow 5 working days for the refund payment to show back to your order payment method.

      Please ensure the items returned to us, are as received so they may be resold, used items & unsalable condition items returned will not be refunded.



      Refunds will only be accepted on unused standard size items products or defective items.

      Bespoke items are non-returnable unless defective.
