Standard size items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will email you a DPD courier returns label for eligible returns.

Unused Items Only

Returned items must be unused, clean and in resalable condition.

Bespoke Items

Bespoke made sizes are non-returnable unless defective.

Standard Size Returns Policy

All standard size item orders from Love Tablecloths, in unused and resalable condition, come with a no reason 30 day money back guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return requests made after 30 days from receipt of your order cannot be accepted.

Important: Items must be returned as received so they can be resold.

Used items, washed items, marked items or items returned in unsalable condition will not be refunded.

How To Return Your Item

To return a full order or part of an order, please contact us first so we can arrange the correct return method.

Request your return

Reply to your order confirmation email with your return request, or send us a message using the website chat box.

We email your DPD return label

Once your return request has been accepted, we will email your DPD courier returns label.

Drop off your parcel

Please drop the parcel off at a local DPD pickup shop. The return label will also list a selection of nearby DPD pickup shops from your order delivery address.

Keep your proof of sending

Please keep your proof of sending receipt in case there are any delivery issues with your return.

Refund processed after inspection

Once the return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to the original order payment method.

After we issue your return label, the items must be returned and received back to us within 14 days from your return request date.

Returns received after this 14 day period may not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are accepted on unused standard size items or defective items.

On receipt and inspection approval of the returned items, a refund will be processed to your original order payment method.

Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund payment to show back to your payment method after the refund has been processed.

Partial Order Returns

If only part of an order is returned, the returned goods will be refunded, but the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

Refund amounts may also be adjusted if the items kept fall below a discount or free delivery threshold applied to the original order.

Bespoke Made Sizes

The minimum order for bespoke size tablecloths is 10 items of the same size and colour.

Bespoke made sizes are made to customer specific requirements and are non-returnable unless defective.

We can arrange fabric samples on request, check your table measurements and suggest the best tablecloth size options before bespoke items are made.

Defective Items

If an item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

A refund or replacement option will be provided for items confirmed as defective.

If we have made an error with your order, please give us the opportunity to put things right.

Large Returns Over 20kg

For return parcels over 20kg, we can arrange a free courier collection service on request.

Please contact customer service before sending large returns so we can arrange the most suitable return method.
