Payment Methods Accepted Online
Orders placed on the Love Tablecloths website can be paid for using major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal or bank transfer where available.
Credit & Debit Cards
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
Card payments are processed securely online. We do not store your card details.
PayPal
PayPal is available as an alternative payment option at checkout.
On desktop or laptop, PayPal may allow card payment without creating a PayPal account.
Bank Transfer
Bank transfer is available for orders of £40.00 and above.
Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once payment has been received.
Security note: All website order payments are transferred through our secure payment gateway using SSL encryption between providers.
We do not store credit card details and we do not share financial details with third parties.
Order Confirmation & VAT Invoices
When your website order has been placed, an order confirmation and VAT invoice email will be sent to the email address entered at checkout.
If you pay by bank transfer, your order will only be processed once payment has been received, unless you already have an approved payment terms account with us.
All items on the website are for purchase only. We do not offer a table linen hire service.
Bulk Purchase Discounts
Additional discounts are automatically applied at checkout when your order reaches the qualifying order value. No coupon or discount code is required.
- 15% extra discount and free delivery applied to orders above £150.00.
- 20% extra discount and free delivery applied to orders above £500.00.
- Tier pricing may also apply when purchasing tablecloths and napkins of the same size and colour.
Delivery surcharges apply to Highlands and Non-Mainland UK orders where applicable.
Card Payment Verification
For online card payments, your bank may ask you to verify your identity before the payment is approved. This is commonly known as 3D Secure authentication.
- You may be asked to enter a short code sent by SMS or email.
- Your bank may ask you to approve the payment through your banking app.
- Please make sure you have access to the mobile number, email address, landline or banking app registered to your payment card.
If your card payment does not complete:
- Check whether your bank has sent a verification code or app approval request.
- Disable any pop-up blocker temporarily, as this may stop the 3D Secure page from showing.
- Temporarily disable a VPN if the bank verification page is not appearing.
- Check your internet connection, as poor signal can affect the verification screen.
- Try PayPal or bank transfer if the card payment still does not complete.
Bank Transfer Payment Option
Bank transfer payment is available for orders of £40.00 and above. This option allows you to place your order online and receive an order confirmation VAT invoice with payment details.
How to place a bank transfer order
- Choose the items you require and add them to your shopping basket.
- Complete the checkout with your contact details and delivery address.
- Select the Bank Transfer payment option on the payment page.
- Select Confirm & Place Order.
- Your order confirmation VAT invoice will then be sent by email.
Once payment has been received, your order will be processed and a paid VAT invoice will be sent by email.
Unless you have an approved payment terms account with us, your order will only be processed once payment has been received.

30 Day Payment Terms Accounts
Approved business customers may be able to apply for a 30 day payment terms account.
To set up a credit account, please contact customer service and we will send you an account application form.
Once your application has been approved, we can set up a 30 day payment terms account for future orders.
Account application forms normally take 3 to 4 working days to process after submission.
Approved Supplier Information
If your organisation requires Love Tablecloths to be set up as an approved supplier, we can provide the required business and contact information for supplier application forms.
Please contact customer service with your request and we will advise what information can be supplied.
