How to Order - Payment Methods

We are currently only delivering to the United Kingdom Mainland, Highlands & Northern Ireland Destinations


All prices on the website include VAT. 

Order confirmation & VAT invoice email will be sent when your order transaction has been processed.


All items on the website are for purchase only, we do not offer a table linen hire service.

For any technical assistance or advice on laundering table linen & equipment required please call customer service.  


Ordering Online 

Payments for orders on the website can be made with all major credit / debit cards, PayPal, bacs payment or cheque.

(American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Credit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit & Maestro UK.)

All website order payments are transferred via our secure payment gateway using SSL encryption between providers, alternatively you may use *PayPal as your payment method. 

Order confirmation & VAT invoice emails are sent with all website orders.

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.

Verification For Website Payments  

Under changes made on 14th March 2022, retailers will have to verify customers online payments. 

You may be asked to verify your identity by entering a short code sent by SMS or email to authorise & confirm you card payment.

Some banks may ask you to approve the payment via a notification on your banking app.

Please have access to the correct mobile number, email address, landline or bank app registered to your payment card.

Our website has been updated to comply with the FCA requirements.


Payment issues 

If you're experiencing problems making a card payment, it could be because of a 3D Secure authentication failure or issue. 3D Secure is a layer of protection mandated by your bank, in which you must provide a password or an SMS code to authorize payment. There are issues with 3D Secure that might cause debit and credit card transactions to fail.

You currently have a pop-up blocker installed, which prevents you from accessing the supplementary 3D Secure page. Please disable your pop-up blocker for a few minutes before proceeding with your payment.

Using a VPN service may also prevent the 3D Secure page from showing, please disable your VPN connection for a few minutes before proceeding with your payment.

Poor internet signal and speed may also affect the 3D secure page from showing.


Alternative payment options

PayPal payment option

If you still have problems, try to pay with PayPal, if you are on a desktop or laptop computer you don’t need to create an account and pay by card.

This option to pay by PayPal service is not available on mobiles you must have a PayPal account or create a PayPal account to make payment.


Bank Transfer Payment option

If the value of the order is over £40.00 you can use the bank transfer option and will receive an invoice with our bank details to make payment.

A vat paid email receipt will be sent to you when payment has been received and your order will be processed.

*Unless you have set up an account with agreed payment terms with us, your order will only be processed when payment has been received.



Bank Transfer Payment - Invoice option

Bank Transfer payment option is available for orders of £40.00 & above.  

Choose and select the items you require & add to your shopping basket.

Complete the checkout with your contact details & address information.

Select the Bank Transfer Payment option on the payment page.

Select 'Confirm & Place Order'

Your order confirmation VAT invoice will then be sent by email.

On receipt of payment your the order will be processed and will be sent a paid vat invoice.

*Unless you have set up an account with agreed payment terms with us, your order will only be processed when payment has been received.

On approval of your application, we will set up a 30-day payment terms account.

*Account applications forms on submission take 3-4 working days to process.
